The idea of creating lounge areas in a reception for the party to enjoy seems as if it could be extremely expensive, yet there are a few ways you could easily make it affordable and elegant by not breaking the bank. Here are a few cost efficient ideas to create such areas.

Do not go and rent expensive furniture when you can buy some white ottomans and pillows at an IKEA or Crate and Barrel and then sell them and make some money back.
If you would rather rent-shop around! Look for discounts and cheaper couches or ottomans. You can always dress up the furniture with covers and throws and decorative pillows. Do not forget adding some area rugs and accent pieces to show off the space!
Think about going in on furniture with another bride looking for the same ideas and with similar taste.
GET INVENTIVE! I saw a story about people using hay bales and draping them with white (or colored) cloths. Cheap and no one would know what is underneath. Hint: Thick cloth, such as a quilt, with a dainty cover over would be oh-so-sweet!

Decorating and creating receptions and the lounge areas of the space can be a lot of fun and allow you to be as creative as you would like! Just remember to think outside the box and shop around!

When it comes to a gift for your groom, there are so many different options to choose from, but it all depends on the man. Your guy is unique and therefore using his taste and personal touch can make the best gift. Think of something he loves, besides you of course (since he will be getting you as well), and personalize the gift. Maybe a watch would be something classy and also symbolic, as love is everlasting. You can engrave the watch then too, to add something personal to the piece.

Another option could be cufflinks for the big day. Your man’s gotta look good for the wedding so that gift would definitely come in handy! Also there is the matching dog tag idea where you can get the date of the date of the ceremony and your names engraved on them for you both. If your man is a golfer you can try personalized club covers. Something that can never fail is a personalized ‘then and now” frame to capture your love’s progression. Leave the ‘now’ blank until the pictures from the wedding are in your hands! There are so many options and depending on personal interests and tastes the ideas are endless!

Either should prove to dazzle you! Add a classic veil and keep with the theme for the rest of the bridal party. Then the decorations. Think to the era you would like to explore. Again, you can use second hand shops to make classic and unique picks. This could also help to defray the cost of the wedding (if you look in the right places of course). Then think out of the box to make the special day a little more perfect for you. You can rent a classic car and tie up the tin cans to the bumper for a beautiful and tasteful exit from your party.

We sit and plan continuously over the ceremony and reception. We go over and over our special day, so at the end of it all, all you want to do is relax…in paradise!

The honeymoon is a time to do nothing but relax and enjoy time alone together being newlyweds. When packing and preparing for the trip, all you have to remember are your flip-flops, bathing suit (personal preference of course), comfy clothes and maybe a nice dress or outfit for a dinner out with the new hubby! This is something to not fret over and rather something to just enjoy!
